Terms of Sale

Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on this website by consumers within France and the European Union. They complement our Terms of Service and Return Policy.

Prices

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but your order will be billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. An order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance — the contract is formed upon dispatch of the goods.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (PayPal).

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French and EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your place of residence.
